Tampa Bay Sirens is a program dedicated to adult women who still share the passion for lacrosse! For those looking to play after high school, college, or just want to get back into the sport, this team is for you.

We’re kicking off our Summer season THIS SUNDAY with a pick-up game at the beach! Join us at Honeymoon Island State Park where you’ll find goals in the sand, shade, snacks, and a good time! 💙Grateful to everyone who came out to support the cause yesterday and for beautiful day of lacrosse, camaraderie, and hope 🥍

A few things:

1️⃣ We absolutely couldn’t have done this without @m.ush_ spearheading the idea to use our game, community, and voices to speak out against gun violence.

2️⃣ Also we wanted to give a huge shout out and heartfelt welcome to @maddybugs11 , one of the survivors of the FSU shooting. Thank you for coming out, bringing your family, sharing your story, and being an absolute light in the world. You’re one of the Sirens now & we stand with you!

As a lacrosse community who’s full of coaches & teachers - we’re tired and angry of seeing students, young and old, have to deal with gun violence at their schools.

Another great year for Sirens has wrapped! Thank you to all of our fans, friends, family, and teammates for making it the best one yet! The team traveled to Flagler Beach for our annual appearance at the Wave where we placed 2nd, and then across the country to Lake Placid for our second time in NY. Our new swag in our team store dropped and we’re so happy with how the team is repped. Lastly we added street lax on the beach to formats we offer and can’t wait to have more join us by the ocean in the future! Here’s to 2025 🧜‍♀️🌊🥍

This season we had an age range from 18-50s on our roster, and where else can you find that?? Mothers on the same team as their daughters, high school buddies reuniting, and former college teammates reminiscing on the glory days are what we are all about. The winner of this raffle will be the proud owner of an Igloo Legacy 20 Qt cooler, capable of holding up to 22 cans of your favorite beverage. Paired with a couple of beach chairs and a beach umbrella, you can recline at the beach in style under your own shade. This kit is sure to keep you chilled on on the beach longer!

Spring has sprung which means ☀️ Summer time is almost here! If you’re looking to play lacrosse with an awesome group of women, look no further! 🌴 This year the Sirens will be offering 3 different due tiers: practice, scrimmage, and the full package which includes a 7v7 Florida based tournament.
